"august clears flowers"* a line i understand
it is not yet time for the leaves to fall:making
us wonder how much longer we may have
until it all goes. and returns again, like a bad
dream. august clears so many things: better
than any spring or winter cleansing. i like it
the late august the best - when we are free to
say - well it is all over and had i had more time
i would've, could've, should've done more next
year, or perhaps the one after that - or maybe
if God allows the one after. He is busy clearing
flowers, setting time, heating up water for the
coming fall and lazy winter. He is doing all
